Description : On two foggy Caspar days in August, 2005, the Caspar Community, held its third annual world folk festival. 500 delighted concert-goers and more than 3,000 other folks enjoyed the Festival, which also offered 50 booths, food, cheer, and a busy outdoor stage. On August 5th and 6th, 2006, we will do it again.
